Current Projects
Park Plaza
Pacific Rim Land provided project coordination services for the design/bid work on the Park Plaza building. Pacific Rim Land also provided construction management services for the building construction. Ongoing coordination of the sales of the units by Pacific Rim Land will continue until sold out.
Wailea Gateway Commercial Center
Pacific Rim Land provided project coordination services for this development. The Wailea Gateway Center will serve as a “gateway” to the Wailea Resort area comprised of two commercial buildings that will provide conveniently located business services, and shopping and dining opportunities to the Wailea community. Expected tenants include a variety of retail shops, a coffee store, office space, professional services and a restaurant.
Completed Projects
Six Fathoms
Front Street in Lahaina
Pacific Rim Land provided project coordination for the entitlement process to consolidate and resubdivide two lots on Front Street into one lot and design and build the Six Fathoms commercial building. Pacific Rim Land also coordinated with a leasing agent to lease out the four tenant spaces.
