Waiehu Mauka Concept Plan
Waiehu Mauka is an 8 acre remainder lot from the Waiehu Heights Subdivision. Pacific Rim Land is providing project coordination on the entitlement process currently underway in partnership with Lokahi Pacific on a Section 201H-38 affordable housing project. The project will result in the construction of 100 affordable multi-family units and 6 single-family residential lots to be sold at market rates.
Makila Plantation Site
A Subdivsion
Makila Plantation is approximately 4,500 acres of land in West Maui being developed in phases. Pacific Rim Land is providing project accounting services through the various phases of development.

Keahou at Makena
Pacific Rim Land managed the development and obtained all entitlements for entity Lucky Seven Development. PRL managed the construction, marketing and sales for this seven lot subdivision.

A Kihei Condominium
Pacific Rim Land provided project coordination services for the land entitlement processes for this condominium project. PRL also coordinated the construction phase of the project and provided accounting services during construction.
Pacific Terrace
Pacific Rim Land provided project coordination services for the land entitlement processes for this 24 lot subdivision. PRL also coordinated the sitework construction phase of the project and provided accounting services during construction.
