Pacific Rim Land, Inc. (PRL) is active in real estate development throughout Maui and the Hawaiian Islands. With the completion of over 15 projects, the company combines its experience in development with a symbiotic relationship with Goodfellow Bros., Inc., a large civil contractor, to develop a wide variety of quality residential and commercial projects.

Over the past ten years our business model has evolved to rely almost exclusively on the development partnership/relationship with some of Hawaii's most entrepreneurial and savvy real estate investors, developers, and professionals. PRL evaluates projects based on economic returns and its ability to assemble the team with the necessary strengths to insure a successful project.
